MLM1 series plastic case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hzits rated insulation voltage is 800V(MLM1-63 is 500V),rated working voltage is 690V(MLM1-63 is 400V and below),It is used for infrequent switching and infrequent starting of motors in circuits with rated working current up to1250A (Inm<630Aand below).The circuit breaker has overload,short circuit and undervoltage protection functionswhich can protect the circuit and power supply equipment from damage.
Circuit breakers are divided into three types:L type(standard type),Mtype(higher breaking type),and H type(high breaking type) according to their rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity. The circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size,high breaking capacityshort flashover,anti-vibration,etc. It is an ideal product for land and ships.
The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (that is vertical installation) or horizontally(that is,horizontal installation).
The circuit breaker meets the standards:EC60947-2 andGB14048.2

MLM1

Note: There are four types of neutral pole (N polefor four-pole products
Type A N-pole is not equipped with an overcurrent tripping element,
And the N pole is always connected,and does not close and open with other three poles;
Type B N-pole is not installed with over-current tripping element,
And the N pole is combined with the other three poles;(N pole is combined first and then separated);
C-type N pole is equipped with over-current tripping element,
And the N pole is combined with the other three poles;(N pole is combined first and then separated):
The D-type N pole is equipped with an overcurrent release element,and theNpole is always connected,and does not close and open with other three poles;

normal working conditions
Surrounding medium temperature: not higher than +40°C(+45*C for commonly used products)and not lower than -5°C, and the average value of 24 hours does not exceed+35C(+40°Cfor commonlyused products);
Installation site: the altitude does not exceed 2000m;
Installation site: The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40°Cand it can have a relatively high relative humidity at a lower temperature, for example,it can reach 90% at 20°c;for occasional condensation due to temperature changes Special measures should be taken;
Pollution level: Level 3;
Installation category: The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker and the undervoitage release is ll, and the installation category of the rest of the auxiliary circuits and control circuits is I;
The circuit breaker can withstand the influence of humid airsait sprayoil mistmold and nuclear radiation;
The maximum inclination of circuit breaker installation is ±22.5°;
The circuit breaker can work reliably under the condition of earthquake(4g);
The circuit breaker should be installed in a place where there is no danger of explosion,no conductive dust,no corrosion of metal and no damage to insulation;
The circuit breaker should be installed in a place free from rain and snow.

Classification of circuit breakers
Type A: No overcurrent release is installed on the N pole,and the Npole is always connected,and does not close and open with other three poles.
Type B:No overcurrent release is installed on the N pole,and the N pole is closed and opened together with the other three poles (the N pole is closed first and then opened).
Type C:The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent release,and theN pole is closed and opened together with the other three poles (the N pole is closed first and then opened).Type D:The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent release,and the N pole is always connected,and does not close and open with the other three poles.

MLM1-63is(6),10,16,20,25,32,40,50,63A nine levels(6Aspecification withoutoverload protection);MLM1-125 s(10),16,20,25,32,40,50,63,80,100,125A level elever;
MLM1-250is100,125,140,160,180,200,225,250A eight levels;MLM1-400 is 225,250,315,350,400A five levels;
MLM1-630 has three levels of 400,500,and 630A;MLM1-800 has three levels of 630,700,and 800A.[With()is not recommended specification]

According to the wiring mode,it is divided into four types:front-panel wiring,back-panel wiring,plug-in front-panel wiring, and plug-in back-panel wiring.
According to the type of overcurrent release,it can be divided into thermal-electromagnetic(complex) type and electromagnetic (instantaneous) type.
According to whether the circuit breaker has accessories.there are two types: with accessories and without accessories:
Attachments are divided into internal attachments and external attachments;
The internal accessories include shunt release,undervoltage release,auxiliary contact,and alarm contact.The external accessories include rotary handle operating mechanism,electric operating mechanism,interlocking structure and terminal block for auxiliary devices, etc.

2.For MLM1-125,250 four-pole circuit breakers,there are no 240,340,260,360,268,368 when the N pole is type A and type D
3.For MLM1-400.MLM1-630 and MLM1-800,the auxliary contacts in 248.348.278.and 378 specifications are a pair of contacts (that is. one normally open and normally closed),and the auxiliary contactsin 268,368 specifications The head is three pairs ofcontact(thatisthree normally open and three normally closed).
Specifications marked with can provide two sets of axiliarycontacts(exceptMLM1-63),but must be specified when ordering.
